All the love and all the pain

A collection of poems that capture every emotion I have ever felt towards another person as well as myself. All the people I have met in my twenty two years of living are immortalized in this project. All the pain and all the love I have ever been able to feel, bundled in writing. All the closeness I have ever allowed myself to have is embedded in the numerous texts that make up this project. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to feel and capture such emotionality. With this collection, I would like to encourage, urge and ask you to feel, to live and to trust again and again. Because the more serious the grief, the more all-encompassing was the love that preceded it. And again and again I reached points where it seemed impossible for me to ever feel what it means to be human again. And again and again my heart proved me wrong. I proudly and humbly reveal all this to show that no emotion can be too big, no tear too big, no laugh too loud and no human too human. I hope that one day someone will be able to hold this collection in their hands and feel one more line understood, safe and at home. Because this is what we all strive for and what we so painfully seek in every person we reveal ourselves to.
