How much do I earn per sale?

On digital sales, you keep 80% on the Free plan. On Author Plus, 90%. On Authorpreneur, 95%. For eBooks, your earnings are calculated from the sale price. For paperback and hardcover we deduct the print cost from the sale price first, then your plan rate applies to what is left. Your exact print cost is shown before you set your price. Is PubliWrite free to use?

Yes. Free includes up to 10,000 words a month in Creator Studio and one published format every three months. You keep 80% of a digital sale, with the same rate applied after print cost for print. ISBNs are not included. Paid plans raise your rate to 90% or 95%, include ISBN allowances and remove the publishing limit. See our pricing page for a full comparison of plans.

Question 3

Do I keep the rights to my work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You keep ownership of your manuscript, cover and metadata. We do not claim ownership of your work. You grant us only the non-exclusive licence needed to store, format, promote and distribute it, so you can publish the same book elsewhere. You can also stop selling it here. Email us the title and we take it off sale. Readers who already bought a copy keep it, and your sales history stays on your account.

Question 4

How do I publish my book on PubliWrite?

Accepted Answer

You can write in Creator Studio, import a Word document (.docx) or a PDF and keep editing it there, or upload a finished PDF or EPUB and we publish that file as-is. When it's ready you submit it, our team reviews it ( within 24 hours ), and on approval it goes live on PubliRead, our reader-facing marketplace. We can ship print copies to readers in 150+ countries.

I've already published elsewhere. Can I publish on PubliWrite too?

Yes, as long as you haven't signed an exclusivity agreement with another platform. For paperback and hardcover editions, you will need a new ISBN since ISBNs are tied to a specific publisher. Paid plans include ISBNs, and you can bring your own instead if you already have one; see our pricing page for details.

Question 6

Is my manuscript safe and private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your manuscript is private by default. Only you, the collaborators you invite and the service providers needed for the features you choose can access it. We do not use your content to train AI models. The Studio's AI features only process your draft when you choose to use them.

Yes. You can start in Creator Studio or upload a manuscript. Free includes 10,000 words a month in Creator Studio and one published format every three months. If you are drafting a longer work in Creator Studio, compare the paid plans before you reach the limit. See what each plan lifts. You can start without publishing experience. Digital editions do not need an ISBN, and there are no upfront publishing fees. After you submit a format, our review team checks it within 24 hours before it goes on sale. If you're under 18, you need a parent or legal guardian's consent and supervision.
